There is a soft polymer blend that has been added across multiple contact points behind the face to get rid of harsh vibrations and provide the feel of a forged iron. The SIM2 Max irons are sealed with a new multi-material Cap Back design that utilizes high-strength steel for a super low center of gravity to maximize distance, forgiveness and feel.
